Tracks & Tales Nature School is pleased to offer a monthly class for our parents and community.
Exploring Wild Edibles During this class you will learn how to identify wild plants through acute observation and use of field guides. You will be able to get comfortable with using plants for food and/or medicine, including how to preserve wild plants and prepare them as medicine. These classes will be offered one Saturday a month from 11 AM until 2 PM, during the fall. All ages are welcome. Suggested Donation: $ 25 per class, payable here. Supply list: notebook, field guide, reusable bags for collecting, appropriate clothing, folding knife. Optional: camera, magnifying glass, garden gloves, scissors, pillow to sit on, water bottle and snack to share. Child care will be available upon request.
